My experience with Elephant Design was overall positive. The website was easy to navigate and the product selection was impressive. The customer service was helpful and prompt in addressing my queries. However, I did encounter a slight delay in the delivery of my order. Despite this, I would still recommend Elephant Design for their quality products.
