The overall experience with Dipti Pharmacy has been decent. The website is user-friendly and I was able to find the products I needed easily. The delivery was timely and the packaging was good. However, the customer service could be more responsive. There were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, the products are of good quality and I would consider ordering from them again.
