My experience with Rabi has been mixed. While the products are of good quality and the prices are reasonable, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had an issue with my order and it took a long time to resolve. However, once the issue was escalated, the company did their best to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I would say that Rabi is a decent company with room for improvement in their customer service department.
