Went in for an oil change, and waited over two hours. The service consultant, Charlie Gator, wrote up my order, however he left an hour before I started asking about the status of my vehicle. Apparently he assigned it to someone else, never bothered to tell me, or anyone else that works there. Second time I have had a bad experience at this service center. I usually go to Keith Pierson, because they are always fast and friendly, however I don t live on that side of town anymore, so I thought I would give Coggin another chance. Only reason I am giving two stars is because David got me out of there as soon possible. The consultant that works adjacent to Charlie helped me out too, and found out where my car was, however I can t recall his name.

Having left Coggin Toyota the last time with a bad experience, I decided to give them another shot, mainly due to their proximity to my home. This time, I called ahead and made an appointment, and actually arrived an hour early. My work order was assigned to David M., and he got my service order written up right away and gave me an estimate on how long it would take. Although I didn t realize it at the time, David was the one that went out of his way and helped me out during my last visit (review above). Right away, you can tell that David is a people person, very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He came and found me as soon as my car was ready, went over the vehicle inspection and broke it down in terms that I could easily understand. I m glad I came back to Coggin, and happy that my experience was better than the last. David was the reason I added an extra star to my last review, and also why I am adding another two stars. I m happy that they appreciate my business and look forward to coming back.
