Ruben did a good job inspecting our house; was chosen by Erin Meadows our realtor. He gave us a detailed report of the full inspection and bolded the high priority repairs needed and discussed them with us. When we called later, he couldn't give us much information on how to get repairs done unfortunately, said he couldn't legally do so, I think he could have been a little more responsive to our questions, but overall friendly and did a great job.
