Paynow is an average company. Their service is okay but not exceptional. I have used their platform for a few months now and overall, I am satisfied with the service. The user interface is easy to navigate and the payment process is straightforward. However, I have encountered a few issues with delayed payments and their customer support is not very responsive. It would be great if they could improve on these areas. Overall, I would rate Paynow as average.
