The overall experience with Servicar group was good. The staff was helpful and the car I rented was in good condition. The rates were reasonable and the booking process was smooth. However, there were a few issues with the drop-off process. It took longer than expected and there was some confusion regarding the return of the deposit. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would consider renting from them again.
