I've been banking with Golden Pacific for a while ...

I've been banking with Golden Pacific for a while now, and I find their services to be satisfactory. The online banking platform is user-friendly and convenient. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service responsiveness. Overall, a decent bank.
