My Spa Castle Inc. experience was decent overall. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. However, I felt that the services could have been more personalized. The sauna experience was enjoyable, but the pool area was a bit crowded. It was a satisfactory visit, but not exceptional.
