I recently booked a holiday package with Imagine Holidays and it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful, but the accommodation was not up to my expectations. The resort was outdated and in need of renovation. However, the location was beautiful and the food was delicious. Overall, it was just an average holiday.
