I found them very unprofessional unprepared, and procrastinators. I sold my house, giving them months notice. Asking if they needed any information. A few days before the final sale, while on vacation, I was told I need to come in with a lot of paper work I simply did not have on me. I could have dropped off or had this paper worked ready months ago, all I needed was an email or a simple call. The woman said this was 'such a simple sale' and didn't understand why she couldn't leave it till the last minute with zero preparation. I will say that Shypit did step up and covered for her inadequacy, scheduling a meeting but it was extremely stressful and last minute.

To top it all off, I was told the bank I used, they couldn't deposit the money in. They didn't find out of course till after the sale, so off all things I had to deposit it in a relatives account. Again, this feels like something so-called professionals should know.

I will say Shypit was useful, but I would never use them again. If there is this much trouble for a simple sale I would dread how bad it would be if there were any complications.
