I recently had the opportunity to engage with Allegro Healthcare and I must say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and it provided sufficient information about their products and services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the replies were not particularly helpful or detailed. As for the product itself, it met my expectations but nothing more. It did the job but didn't excel in any way. Overall, while the website was user-friendly and the product was satisfactory, the lack of prompt and informative customer service was a slight letdown. I would consider using Allegro Healthcare again if necessary, but I hope their customer service improves to match the quality of their website and products.
