Accessibility : the approach road is too bad. There is no road in vicinity for 2 km
Located at an isolated place which is by no means safe to go at night time
Hospitality : the manager was himself involved and taking care but the helpers and waiters are not available every time
Cleanliness : poor - litters can be found all over (though it is people s duty NOT TO LITTER) but the plastic bottles were not picked even after 2 days
Food : not upto the mark of a 4 star even like a 3 star. The taste and presentation was way to poor. Seems like the food is prepared from stale ingredients. FOOD NEEDS THE MOST IMPROVEMENT!!!
Swimming pool : takes time to clean and not available every time
