I recently purchased some items from their website and had an average experience. The selection of products was good, but the website was a bit confusing to navigate. The checkout process was smooth, and I received my order in a reasonable amount of time. However, I had to contact customer service for an issue with my order, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The quality of the products was decent, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average shopping experience.
