I have been using the public transportation system of Réseau de transport de la capitale (rtc) for a few months now and overall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The buses are generally clean and comfortable, and the drivers are always professional. However, there have been a few instances where the buses were overcrowded, especially during peak hours. It would be great if the company could address this issue.
