I would like to make it clear that I never got past the initial call ... too bad because I understand (from a personal referral) that Dr. Larrabee is a great facial surgeon. I called for information/book a consult but I kept getting transferred between the esthetic center and the surgery center. Nobody was available to simply talk with me to give me some basic info and book me a consult! With all due respect, I don t think I will be calling back here. First impression was that they re unorganized and customer care oriented .
