I recently purchased some books from a popular online bookstore. The shopping experience was pleasant and the prices were competitive. I received my order in a timely manner and the books were in good condition. The only complaint I have is with the refund process. It took longer than expected to get my money back for a returned book. Other than that, I am satisfied with my purchase.
