I was laid off 7 weeks ago after 4 years at the same employer. I have been paying unemployment since I was 15 as a dish washer. I know what's going on with the Covid media spectacle and "Plandemic" and I realize getting assistance will be slow.

No problem, I can accept that. It took me countless attempts to reach DEO after a few failed attempts to guess my PIN (hell, I don't even remember setting one up, what - a decade ago) so I found myself locked out and given a number to call. It took a week to get through and was hold for OVER SEVEN HOURS. My entire day was spent waiting. Finally I was emailed a link to submit m ID and SS card to confirm my identity. That was submitted April 5th.

I was told to call back at the end of the week to confirm if the submission was accepted.
That was well over 4,500 calls ago. Yes, I sit all day, "SEND/END, SEND/END, SEND/END...." listening to the same recording. So here I am with three cars with canceled insurance due to non-payment and a licence up for suspension for failure to carry insurance. The fridge is bare and utilities are somehow miraculously still on.

I have finally reached out through email and sent a scathing letter, I get it that you're wayyy behind but that's your problem, not mine. Your failure to have a contingency plan is slowly causing me to lose my mind, slip into depression, and do a nose dive into destitution.

I'VE WORKED 35 YEARS AND NEVER RECEIVED A PENNY IN BENEFITS. WHY ARE YOU HOLDING MINE?? THAT IS THEFT AND DECEPTION!
