We were most favorably impressed with the customer service provided by Betsy Bianchi. She helped us through the daunting process of selecting tiles for remodeling one shower to make it a walk-in and for replacing a tub with just a shower (and selecting floor tiles for this bathroom). With her patient help we ended up with tiles that we love. At no time were we made to feel rushed or that a certain item was being pushed on us. Prices were reasonable and the quality excellent. Communication with this company was seamless. If we called, someone answered us immediately, or if we texted, a reply always came quickly.
