Car buying was an enjoyable experience, as much as car buying can be, with Jay and the other employees. I feel I was given a fair trade in price, discount and interest rate. I drove to Richmond from Washington, DC, as my daughter also bought a vehicle from Jay which was also enjoyable. They have an extensive inventory and I got exactly what I wanted. It was my first car buying experience without being accompanied by a man and I wasn't spoken down to. Jay is very enthusiastic, friendly, professional and accommodating. There is a salesperson for everyone at this dealership.
