I have been using Crm insights ltd for the past year and I must say they are pretty average. Their customer service is okay, but the overall functionality of their platform leaves much to be desired. The interface is clunky and unintuitive. However, I do appreciate their prompt response to any issues or queries I have. In conclusion, they are an average company.
