I have been a customer of Salem Access Television INC for over a year now and I must say the experience has been average. The variety of programs offered is decent, but the quality could be improved. The video and audio sometimes have glitches during playback which can be frustrating. However, the customer service has always been prompt in resolving any issues I've had. Overall, SATV provides a satisfactory service but there is certainly room for improvement.
