I had a mixed experience at Joy Tsin Lau Restaurant. While the food was decent, I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not attentive to my needs. The atmosphere was okay, nothing special. The Peking duck was good, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average dining experience.
