I was a member for a few years and became very disenchanted. I am disabled and I was ridiculed and embarrassed for it. When I asked for a short bike for a spin class at the front desk, I was told no and laughed at. Kristen at the front desk told me, you reserve a spot but that doesn t the guarantee you a bike. She then started to tell stories about me as I have been informed. It was very unprofessional and run like a High School at the front desk. Their trainers are top notch! There are a couple of them left. That is a bonus. Dina in the yoga/pilates studio is amazing and always worked with me and my disability. It s a shame that their girls at the front made it so uncomfortable to have a disability. The best was Kristen tried to say I wasn t following protocols? Again, she likes to tell her own version. I am too old to deal with that nonsense and unprofessional behavior.
