I have been a customer at CrossFit Bend for several months now and I am very happy with my experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, and the workouts are challenging but doable. I have noticed significant improvements in my strength and overall fitness since joining. The facility is clean and well-equipped, and the other members are friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the variety of classes offered and the flexibility in scheduling. It's a great place to work out and I would recommend it to others.
