Horrible experience as working in edureka...... they only required awesome count and reviews. Don't bother about the qualitative resolution from tech team, most of the tech team support agents are either intern or recent graduate from college and don't have proper knowledge in subject. Most of the support person are handling more than 3-4 professional courses,so support person have to reply by searching google or by external link most of the time. And most funny part is that they don't have enough person in support team to provide 24x7 hour support as manipulated during sales though they threaten the support people about firing them if they don't get awesome and review. Not treating support employees well implies to learner's doesn't get resolution on time. Horrible situation.....rest on you!
