As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Porter County Municipal Arprt was average. The staff was helpful, but the facilities were not up to my expectations. I had a smooth check-in process, but the waiting area was overcrowded and uncomfortable. The parking facilities were also limited, and I had trouble finding a spot. Overall, it was an okay experience.
