The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona app they have developed will not save my password. It asks that I change it every time I attempt to log in and IF I successfully login I have to race to do whatever I need to do before I get booted out. Then I try to login again and I'm given an error message saying something to the effect of "we're having technical difficulties". I got eSolution's phone number on almost a whim; catching the bottom screen flash of the number somewhere along in the password reset shenanigans. Slow down.
