If I could give negative Stars I would give it a negative 10 dispatch is so rude and hang up the phone hang up the phone on you p they don't pick you up on time they kept telling me the driver was going to be there 10 more minutes 10 more minutes until over an hour went by I miss my appointment or they either pick you up too early make you wait there for 3 or 4 hours for a 15-minute appointment I mean there's absolutely no consideration for the customer whatsoever what am I supposed to room for a half a day what kind of service is this maybe if there was some competition for their service they would improve but this is the worst service in the Lehigh Valley I can't shave enough bad things and I generally do not write reviews the first review I've written because I am so overwhelmingly disappointed in their service
