I had an average experience with Strength Lab. The customer service was good, but the facilities were not up to par. The trainers were friendly and knowledgeable, but the equipment was outdated and in need of maintenance. I expected more from a company that promotes itself as a leader in the fitness industry. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I was not impressed.
