Softcom Microsystems is an average company. Although their website looks great, the overall performance of their products and services is mediocre. I was expecting more from them, but I guess you get what you pay for. The customer support is satisfactory, but not outstanding. I wouldn't say they are excellent, but they are not terrible either. Overall, an average experience.
