We have been using Metrotech IT for our IT support for over a year now, and their service has been average overall. While they are quick to respond to our queries and address any issues, we have encountered a few minor hiccups along the way. Their team is knowledgeable, but at times, we feel the solutions provided are not as comprehensive as we would have liked. However, they have been prompt in rectifying any mistakes. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
