I recently had the opportunity to work with Regional Container Lines (RCL) and I must say, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process of booking and tracking shipments was smooth. However, there were a few delays in delivery which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would rate RCL as an average company.
