Service was horrible and they weren't even busy inside or out. We tipped the guy 20% right when we ordered. When I came up to get napkins & condiments & silverware, he literally left me standing at the counter after looking at me 2 or 3 times and walked past me. Food was excellent. A tip is a gift for good friendly service which reflects on the establishment AND is not mandatory nor should it be expected especially for crappie service.
