The photographer was very professional and detailed. The only comment I have is that when I ordered the package, I had requested the photo and virtual tour. It seems the person I spoke with on the "front desk" understood the charge of $169 to include photo and video. I made sure that she understood that I had wanted the both photo and video, and she said that this was included in the charge. The photographer (at the appointment) then told me that my order only included photos. I then requested him to proceed with a video if he can, which he did. Of course, now I get this other charge for the video which should have been already properly disclosed to me in the beginning.
