I ran into 3 of them today in Wisconsin. They were harassing other Truckers this time, speeding up and slowing down to prevent governed trucks from passing them.
The one in the back was swerving lanes and trying to get as close to a passing truck as possible to intimidate him.
Horrible group of drivers with bad driving practices !
