I would like to and I hope that your policy of sanctioning annoying noises works better, continuous parties until dawn, including weekdays and at full volume, nothing happens with the Authority.

In the Municipality they print account statements where there is enough space to remind the neighbor of their duties, have their portal, etc. I do not see a call to respect the other or the sanctions, except now in relation to fireworks.
In the Office of Inspection nobody knows about the record of notifications of neighbors that confuse housing with party premises, it is not known if they really got to apply them, less sanctions,
