I've had a mixed experience with The Midpoint. While their products are of good quality and the shipping was fast, I did face some issues with their customer service. I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. However, I appreciate their efforts in resolving the issue eventually. Average company overall.
