BAD VERY BAD! I've been begging for days to get my own money back. The stitching on my jacket fell out. Should I just go to the tailor to have it repaired for max. 20 euros. I did not agree. Then I had to send it back and then (wait about 2 weeks. Disagree. Then send it back and you will get a new one. I received an email saying that a jacket was on the way (in the wrong size). I called no no there is no jacket on the way Meanwhile mine was sent neatly I was also told that it was very neat of them that 20 euros to have my jacket repaired by myself. (seriously) I find it strange that shopping street does not come up with a suitable solution itself, but it depends on their supplier. And of course there can always go wrong, but then just solve it neatly. Or say this has all gone so badly apologies and here a coupon with nice discount on your next purchase so we might be able to make it up to you Really sorry because they have nice clothes .----------------------- -------------------------------
Dear Laura, I will not copy and paste the emails here. It clearly states that the fee is 20 euros to have the jacket repaired, which is of course impossible. I also have the so-called story that the jacket is on the way here in black and white. However, that cannot be defended. And after all these days I still don't have a jacket or my money back. It is not because I experience it that way, everyone would experience it in such a way. This has been going on since Nov. 21. It is now Dec. 6. And who wants to buy something new and then have it made again. A call to the boutique with the question do you have such a size is easily done. And if it is not there, you can offer the same day to refund the money. And that after all the photos and even video that I have sent to you, I already got the feeling that I was not understood. No first the jacket has to be returned and then we'll see. That is now the status ....
