my long time friend, Keith was being accused by his employer of various disciplinary maters all if proven, dismissible offences. In each case Keith was guilty but with mitigation. Despite our robust defence and appeals all cases were ultimately found against him, there was a threat if dismissal in all three cases. Because of our determination and constant pressure, Keith managed to avoid being dismissed and in fact secured, what I considered to be good severance deal with a reasonable payment. Keith approached ELS Vital purely to have the documents checked prior to agreeing the deal.
when the situation was explained to Vital, he was sure that he could secure a financially improved settlement. Keith secured he's services for a very small fee. The total time taken for Vital to achieve a much higher settlement ( doubled ) was less than 8 weeks, Keith's input was negligible and he was completely untroubled.
I have been an employer for 40 years, which is why Keith asked me to assist him. I my experience I was surprised that Keith was not dismissed for gross misconduct, let alone receiving a considerable severance deal. if ever I am in need of advice concerning employment law I shall use ELS Vital R.Noakes
