I had a great experience at Sumits hot yoga Springfield! The instructors were friendly and provided clear guidance throughout the class. The studio has a calming atmosphere and is well-maintained. I enjoyed the variety of classes offered and felt challenged but still comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone interested in hot yoga!
