WOW! I wish I could give 100 stars. I've stayed in many hotels worldwide and this is now in my top 2. The staff really make this place a joy visit, from the moment I stepped in from the busy, blustery street I was treated like family and royalty. You can see from my photos and images that the hotel, is clean and pristine with all the creature comforts. The expansive hotel effortlessly blends the crisp modern design and architecture with the more classical parts of the hotel such as the amazing ceiling in the breakfast restaurant. The location is practically on top of Liverpool Street station so it's easily accessible. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, I had one small issue with the thermostat & it was sorted expeditiously. The food is amazing, the health facilities are top notch and the room (especially the bathroom) was heavenly. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.
