The last two techs just left after finishing a complete HVAC system install in my 3 story, lakeside condo. I'm still in awe. Andrew Tucker, and Stephen, are amazing. I watched these two, along with several others, do the work of an HVAC army in less than two days. From the moment they arrived on property, they worked tirelessly, without breaks, with a smile and a friendly response to my endless questions.
I've been in sales & marketing for over 40 years, and I've been a homeowner for nearly as many, and without hesitation I can say that I've never seen, or even heard about, professionals with the kind of work ethic, attention to detail, consideration, enthusiasm and attitude that Andrew and Stephen exhibited while working on a particularly challenging (read difficult,) installation. They spent hours in my 3rd floor attic with outside temps in the 90's and high humidity and never showed anything but friendly, positive demeanors.
It would be normal to say that they were like family, but I can't imagine even a family member, under these circumstances, exhibiting the values they brought to my job.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Russell's for sending your best (for I don't know how you could have better.)
This was one of the largest purchases we've made, in years, and Andrew and Stephen are worth every penny - and more. I haven't addressed the many little details - the red carpet, the booties, the concern for my home, making sure that I understood every step of the process, managing my expectations with underpromising and over delivering. I do not want to dismiss others on the team. I believe I met an Eric, perhaps a Jason/Josh? Each time I saw a new face, they introduced themselves and I learned a personal item about each. Then, this morning, there appeared to be 6 or 7 techs who showed up to help out with placement of my new AC unit by wading through water on a narrow, dangerous shoreline and performing what appeared to be an impossible task. Andrew was my project manager and performed flawlessly. They finished ahead of schedule and were truly a dream team.
There's no reason to do business with any other Heating & Cooling company.
