I recently had an average experience with a healthcare company. The quality of care was satisfactory, but I felt that there were certain areas that could be improved. The staff was professional, but I didn't feel as valued as a patient as I have with other healthcare providers. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
