My experience with My Furniture Planet has been average. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was smooth. However, the quality of the furniture I received was not up to my expectations. Some items had scratches and the finish was not as advertised. Customer service was responsive and offered to send replacement parts, but it was still disappointing. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
