I have been a customer of Allianz mtv stuttgart for over a year now and I have to say that their service has been average. While they have been prompt in resolving any issues I had, I feel that their customer support could be better. I have had to wait for long periods of time on the phone before getting connected to a representative. Overall, I would say that they are an okay insurance company.
