I have just noticed that on my communication bill,...

I have just noticed that on my communication bill, an exorbitant cost for having contacted 118218 three times, for a time of 8 minutes at 44 89. for a connection service which is normally free "a little, even a little very expensive". I do not find that to be very honest. What do you think?
