I had a mixed experience with Tao Connect. While the platform was easy to use and the therapists were attentive, I found that the resources provided by the company were lacking. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues that made it difficult to access the service at times. However, when I was able to connect with a therapist, they were helpful and supportive. Overall, my experience was average, but I believe there is room for improvement.
