I had a mixed experience with NOWWAITING. While the concept is great and the website is easy to navigate, I encountered some issues during the booking process. The customer support was helpful in resolving the problems, but it did slightly diminish my overall satisfaction. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and hope for better experiences in the future.
