Came here because of the high ratings, but left very frusterated and disappointed by the check out experience. The hotel was smaller than expected , and felt more like a 3 star hotel. When I first checked in, I asked about the 20% off stay cations package and was offered a cancellation on my booking, and got a new booking that saved me $30. I was told when I check out, Id get the refund. When I went to check out, Johan wouldnt refund the difference, repeatedly telling me to check the website about the different packages and I would only save "4$" anyway. I told him to confirm that I had made the cheaper booking, which he found, but STILL insisted I paid the higher price. Phillip got involved and told me they usually dont refund the difference. Whole experience was a nightmare, they never apologized for their mistake and were condensinding about the whole ordeal telling me to "read the website" when I already was told Id get a cheaper hotel and had proof via a waiver I signed! Professionalism and mannerism is 0 star for me. Ruined the whole vacation for me. Would not recommend to anyone.
